| bring it 2007! i am very excited for this new year and hope it brings about some new changes. first off, colleen and i have declared a resolution to clot dissolution! even though i have absolutely no control over this, my first goal is to dissolve my blood clot. i am sick of it and do not wish to have it any longer. so hopefully this will be on God's resolution list too, haha! seriously though, i think this is the first year that i have not set any goals or resolutions for myself whether be it silly or not. i'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing yet. i can't think of anything that has been impressed on my heart to strive for this year. is this sad? any suggestions? hope everyone is well and off to a fantabulous new year! | | |
| today was such a great day! usually, almost always, i love being the one to give to people. i love it! but today for some reason, God really blessed me and i was on the receiving end of things today :) a few things weird, but all great! the first gift i received (this is the weird one) was flowers were delivered to me at work. they are gorgeous and i absolutely love them, but have no idea who sent them. at first i thought it was my sweet husband, but this is not the case. and the message was really simple...hope this brightens your day. next, i went to the gym and a girl from my class brought me a cd she burned for me! how sweet! and to top this wonderful day of receiving off, i came home and my neighbor gave me a bunch of clothes she didn't want anymore! and now i shall watch top model and give some laughter and drama to myself! except for tyra...get off! love to all! oh yeah, and i got to have some really deep conversations with my neighbor too! how fabulous!! | | |
| this week was a weird week, sometimes it feels that it went very fast and in other ways i can't belive that it has taken this long to get to the weekend. today has been splendid thus far though! i got to sleep in and be a complete lazy bum first thing this morning (one of my most favorite things to do :) ) then me and my adam david went to the north market and it was so much fun! now one of my favorite places to be in columbus. if anyone wants to visit, we shall go there. and in just in an hour, my buckeyes will be on. then to top of this fabulous day, gloria story is playing in west jeff...fabulous, yes?...yes!! | | |
| today i had the day off and many of things were done. nothing quite beats the satisfaction of an accomplished day. i even had time to enjoy a movie this evening and finally watched nanny mcphee, and loved it! what i don't love however is that anytime a character is required to look horrible or evil or gross in any way, they happen to have a lovely mole right where mine happens to be! why? why does this have to happen? i even had my plant re-potted and added new soil today! i am so proud that i haven't killed it yet! and i've had it since july, this my friends is a record in deed! i am oh so tired from this day though and feel my bed calling to me so this will have to be short. a longer one is needed i know, but this is not the night. good night all! sleep well in brazil my friend!! | | |
| so with my best friend going on an adventure to brazil for three months, i figured that i should probably keep up with this so we can keep in better touch. so, this is for you weeeeiiiinnnneee! it is finally the weekend and i am sooo happy! i need to catch up on some sleep, even though i don't see this happening. I am also very excited because as we speak my amazing mother in law and bro are coming to visit!! they will be here any minute!! i am sure we will have a fantabulous time! more updates will be coming soon! love to all! | | |
